Amber Handman spent 10 years at one of Washington, D.C.’s largest law firms, Arent Fox PLLC, as the Attorney Recruitment Manager prior to joining SeltzerFontaine LLC more than 20 years ago. While at Arent Fox, Amber was responsible for hiring over 600 partners, associates, and law students, and managed summer associate programs. Since then, she has assisted thousands of lawyers with their career transitions. Amber is a graduate of Emory University, where she received her B.A. in Psychology. She speaks about the California Legal Market on an annual basis at East Coast law schools such as NYU, Penn, Yale, and Georgetown, where she also meets with students and advises them about a legal career in California.
