Roberta Kass has over 25 years of legal recruiting experience. She received her BA, Phi Beta Kappa, from UCLA and is also a graduate of the JD/MBA program at UCLA. She practiced corporate law with a Los Angeles law firm and in-house, and headed special projects for the president/chairman of the board of a publicly held company.
Roberta frequently speaks to bar groups and trade associations about the legal market and career strategies. Additionally, she regularly gives talks about the California legal market to law schools across the country, including Yale, NYU, Penn, and Columbia, where she also counsels individual students about California legal careers.
Roberta currently serves on the Alumni Board of the UCLA Anderson School of Management and is active with the UCLA School of Law, where she is a former chair of the Dean’s Annual Fund. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Isaiah, served on the board of directors of a local AIDS organization, and regularly organizes blood drives. Roberta sits on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Los Angeles County Law Library.
