Roberta Kass has decades of legal recruiting experience. She practiced corporate law with a Los Angeles law firm and in-house, and headed special projects for the president/chairman of the board of a publicly held company. Roberta frequently speaks to bar groups and trade associations about the legal market and career strategies. Additionally, she regularly gives talks about the California legal market to law schools across the country, including Yale, NYU, Penn, and Columbia, where she also counsels individual students about California legal careers. Roberta received her BA, Phi Beta Kappa, from UCLA and is a graduate of the JD/MBA program at UCLA. She currently serves on the Alumni Board of the UCLA Anderson School of Management and sits on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Los Angeles County Law Library.
