Roxana Azizi Sidman earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a Notes & Articles Editor of the International Law Journal. She graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University, magna cum laude, and majored in Economics with a minor in French.
Roxana’s legal career has given her great insight from Big Law to Big Tech. She uses her first-hand experience to provide guidance to clients and candidates.
Roxana began her legal career at Milbank in the Global Corporate Group. At Milbank, in addition to practicing law, Roxana was heavily involved with recruiting initiatives, ranging from interviewing candidates at OCI to hosting panels at law schools on interviewing tips. She served as Chair of Milbank LA’s Associate Committee.
After six years at Milbank, Roxana joined Ring, a start-up specializing in smart home security, as a Corporate Counsel. Roxana’s M&A background proved helpful as Amazon acquired Ring in 2018. Post-acquisition, Roxana became part of Amazon’s legal team, assisting with a wide range of legal matters, with a focus on product counseling. She continued working on recruiting matters at both Ring and Amazon, helping to grow the legal team serving the Ring business.
Roxana is a member of the Bet Tzedek New Leadership Council and serves as Vice President of her alumni class at Barnard College.
