Celeste Reeder has been in the business of legal recruiting since 2000. After graduating from law school, she traveled and lived around the world for several years. Upon returning to the US, and a brief stint as a case manager for JAMS, she joined the legal search profession. Celeste worked at large international recruiting firms as well as highly regarded boutiques. She is very knowledgeable and well informed about all aspects of the California legal market. She has made placements over a broad spectrum of practice areas and legal roles. With an eye towards working with people and helping them achieve their goals, she thoroughly enjoys her work and the people she encounters.
Celeste travels quite a bit and enjoys seeing what this beautiful state has to offer. There is always something new to see and do. She is a native Californian and lives with her husband and very pampered animals at home in Los Angeles.
Someone once told Celeste that sometimes you have to break something to make something…
Celeste says: “I like that sentiment as making a change is the breaking from the old and moving on to the new. Creating a better opportunity for yourself professionally. Life is short so, if you are not fulfilled professionally, you owe it to yourself to see if there is something out there that that is better. The best thing I can do to help our clients and candidates is to listen and then listen some more. I can help open channels that previously were not thought of or help with brainstorming.”
